There are many ideas floating around the Internet that fall into the category of "folk theology," a "kind of theology that rejects critical reflection and enthusiastically embraces simplistic acceptance of an informal tradition of beliefs and practices composed mainly of clichés and legends.”
When it comes to Israel, the Church, and the end times, there is a LOT of this, including two suggestions that God has different plans for Israel and the Church. In this sermon, pastor Luke demonstrates from Ephesians 2-3 that such suggestions aren't rooted in the teachings of Scripture. Plus we have a quick overview of the history of Israel!
