Looking to Jesus' promise in John 16 of turning his disciples' grief to joy, pastor Luke explored the relationship between worship, suffering, and the joy of the New Creation. 

Introducing our sermon series, Finding Joy, pastor Luke shared some of the recent scientific findings about happiness. He then spend time providing a biblical-theology for "joy," a fruit of the Spirit and provided some practical activities you can do in order to have more joy!
