During the 11am service, pastor Luke shared some thoughts on being more intentional to invite and welcome people, based on applying Romans 15:7. 

Luke, one of our pastors, shared a short message on the relationship between the Holy Spirit and water baptism. Building off of Romans 6:1:5, we heard how the Spirit orients followers of Jesus around the death and burial of Christ as well as his Resurrection and newness of life. 

Jesus declared that his followers, those whom believe in him, would be given the River of Life -- the Holy Spirit. In this sermon, pastor Luke shared how this applies into the lives of our community. The Spirit's work is dynamic and living and a relationship that Jesus invites us to experience deeply!

Jesus said that he would build up his Church. How does he build his Church? The Apostle Paul taught in 1 Corinthians that the Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts to the Church so that the Church can build itself up. In this sermon, pastor Luke shared how the Vineyard can apply Paul's teaching in 1 Corinthians 12. 

What is the relationship between the Holy Spirit and worship? And what exactly is worship? In this sermon, pastor Luke looked at Romans 12:1-2 and discussed what worship is and how it's a formative practice shaping followers of Jesus into the image of Christ.
